  Bartenders all charge a different price for the same drink. I am concerned about the physical structure itself. Several places in the floor it feels like you could fall through the floor. During summer the A/C, when indoors, drips on you and in your drink. Disgusting!

  First of all in the drive thru the person taking my order could not even speak up only murmuring and then after I ordered one part of my order I had to wait a minute or two just for a response to finish the rest of my order with no thank you at all. When I pulled up I was charged extra since I wanted a sprite for my kid and they also charged for an upsize then they claimed that since my meal included a promotional drink they had to charge me $3.89 for it when it is only a dollar up-charge and I asked for tots on both of my meals and only received one tater tot and one fry when I never asked for that at all. The manager came out and said the only way to fix the error would be to charge me twice at my inconvenience which is ridiculous.

  Well damn this sonic. Just because the restroom are locked and when I asked if I needed a key. An employee rudely said the restroom are for employees only. If that's so take the damn restroom sign downs and just put employees only sign. Instead of keep up the signs and making everyone believe they ate there for paying customers but come to find out we can't use them!!! Oh by the way my son had an accident on himself because of y'all!
