- BBBearNov 27, 20251.0One star is far too great for the poor excuse of a fast food facility. The employees decided to "close" early and sit around milking the clock on playing on their phone. I went to the drive thru and no response. Went to the drive thru windows where the employees noticed us but rather than say anything they went back to playing on their phones. We then went to the order stalls to place our order. The employee with a nasty tone stated they closed. Ill take my business elsewhere and away from sonic. The food has gone down hill to the point its inedible. And the service at every location I've been to in the past year is just horrendous!
