    Do better!!! I just went to the location on Horal Dr., I ordered the new Bourbon Caramel iced coffee. It’s supposed to come with a cowboy hat on top….no hat with mine. It’s not even about the hat, it’s the fact that it’s advertised as being served with one and it wasn’t. My son ordered a slush and added blue raspberry and nerds. We got blue raspberry bubbles (that we didn’t want) and no nerds (that we did pay for). Also one of the burgers we ordered came with crispy onions and mustard; we requested no onions, no mustard, and add mayo; that was not correct either. We had to wipe off the mustard, pick off the onions and add our own mayo. I could see if one thing was messed up, but 3 of them in one order! Who is paying attention over there???? I spent over $33 for 2 people and they couldn’t get our order right!! And, I ordered online so all they had to do was read it. There was no miscommunication, just poor management and employees who don’t care about doing a good job. Oh, and there was only like 4 cars there, so they weren’t too busy to focus!

    ***AVOID***AVOID***It's the usual food that you that you get can from a Sonic, unfortunately this Sonic location has terrible service lately. 28 minutes for 1 shake at slow-medium pace, and my granddaughter got irritated went inside, no one was there, she saw the shake with my name on it, took the shake and left(shake paid for with CC of course). So **AVOID**

    The store is open til 12am. I went at 11:55pm they should not have the equipment off. I understand to get out faster & preclosing but having the equipment clean but on & ready than turned off 12am not before just wanted a eight-piece mozzarella stick and the guy told me it would take him 40 minutes to make it if he turn back on the deep fryer and I asked him how long ago did he turn off the deep fryer and he said a few minutes ago and I told him that it wouldn't take 40 minutes to turn back on the deep fryer to make the mozzarella sticks. And he said that he was about to leave that he wasn't going to do it. Then I told him to not worry about it then he told me to go to Whataburger. Very unprofessional and you're losing sales because employees are focused on leaving instead of taking care of customers. From open to close with y'all have available should be available.
