Probably understaffed and focused only on preparing for lunch. I tried them twice in the last 2 weeks, and both times it took 20+ minutes to get a burger and a kids meal with tenders. I even ordered fries on both (I would have preferred tots) just to make it easier. Apparently, chicken takes longer to cook- it was the only thing that was hot. I give up. Their location makes it convenient, but I'll travel further for faster service somewhere else.
