  Food is fine, can have some good deals. Service takes forever. Place is pretty rundown and unmaintained. Last time I went, I got a single coney dog, waited around for 40 minutes, called and got auto-hung up on so I left and refunded the transaction. Won’t be going again.

  I don’t recommend ordering thru the app, if at all, at this location. If they’re out of something (ice cream machine broken) they will not refund you. They tell you to call customer service who also say they can’t process a partial refund. The best they can do is issue me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience of not receiving the almost $10 in ice cream they were paid for. So sick of these places, not worth what they charge even when they aren’t blatantly stealing from you.

  Order a milkshake and chocolate chip cookie dough blast and they blotch tasted bad like the ice cream was old but don’t have a smell to it

  Ordered online and checked in. Waited 25 mins because this location has always been slow which is fine, everything gets busy. The app showed that I was checked in but the food was not ready. When I finally hit the button to see the status, they told me it was ready 20 minutes ago. The lady who brought out the food said it happend to like 3 people tonight, shrugged, and walked away. I asked for a refund and they said it goes through the app. There was no offer to remake the food which was given to me cold. Would not recommend this place.
