  Fernando needs training. Took 10 mins for drinks and corn dogs. Didn’t get mustard or ketchup when I asked for it. Then I asked him to break a ten for a tip and never returned with my change. I had to go to door to get my money and condiments.

  They take way too long to get to you at the stall. There’s no reason I should wait 5+ minutes to be greeted. They have headsets on. At least tell the guest hello and that you’ll be with them in a minute.

  Soooo slow. Waited over 10 minutes for an order and was the only car in the parking lot. A single burger meal with tots and a drink. Come on.

  I had placed a rather large Uber eats order for the night shift in the emergency room that I work in and after four different drivers were sent to this location, I ultimately found out that the first driver took the entire shift’s food and manipulated the Uber eats app to where it just kept sending drivers to the sonic. I drove myself to the sonic to figure out what was going on and the General Manager, Violet, helped me expeditiously. She remade the entire order for the night shift and apologized for any inconveniences, but none of this was her fault. I will continue to eat and return to that sonic but I will not use the Uber eats app any longer.
