Waited 40 minutes for our online order, tried to call to cancel order but a crew member answered the phone and hung up. the crew members need better training. when approached a crew member notified me that the food has been ready but they were trying to get other orders out first. this is unacceptable. i would like a full refund.

Sad to say most sonic locations have gone downhill. Waited 10 minutes to get our order in (a medium cherry limeade slush and a grape creamcicle slush) then another 10 for drinks. Won't be going back to this location.

I went to Sonic and I ordered two Sonic Double Cheeseburger combos and I can’t have salt and my food was disgusting patties were over cooked and cold tater tots cold onions rings burnt and the sprite was carbonated water and for the amount I paid I expected better quality of food I just want a refund I don’t even want food replaced
