  I ordered my food through the Sonic app like I always do. I forgot to ask for a ketchup to go with my fries so after my food was delivered, and I noticed there was no ketchup in my bag I rang and asked for ketchup. The girl walked out to my car and told me that since I didn’t put it on the order when I ordered through the app that they have to charge me for the ketchup, she tried to charge me $.10 per ketchup packet. Are you kidding me is sonic really doing that now charging for ketchup? I told her not to worry about it that I didn’t have $.20 in change and I wasn’t gonna use a credit card to buy two stupid packs of ketchup. That’s ridiculous either. It’s a stupid company policy or poor customer service.

  Excellent service and kindness from blonde haired lady. She was kind enough to mark the bags with the different topings/burgers between our meals so we wouldn't have to dig through burgers to figure out which is whose. I did a mobile orde and food was made on time and tasted as expected. One of the best sonics I've been to due to the service.

  The only employee at this location that cares about her job and the customers is Cheryl. Every other employee is rude and sloppy! When Cheryl is not working you will get attitude and wrong orders. Then if you have a question they just walk off and ignore you. When you ask for a manager they just ignore you and then talk crap about you. I know this because I have been told more than once they were talking crap about customers. Cheryl needs a raise and the rest need to go!

  This store can’t get one order correct. I ordered Lg chili cheese tator tots with ranch. I received a footlong chili cheese dog no ranch.

  I don't know who this lady was because she can't follow directions but before this clip popped an attitude with a kid being my niece she was extremely unprofessional And clearly this sonic is STRUGGLING. The last time I was here nobody answered I absolutely don't recommend this place the reviews definitely match the horrible customer service and food quality
