  I’m so annoyed. I waited over 20 minutes for 4 already paid for mozz sticks & after 20 minutes, I clicked the button at stall number 19. Waited another few minutes no answer. That’s when I started to drive away, and I noticed there was only two other cars in the parking lot. My issue is that I already paid for them. I couldn’t even speak to someone and customer support is not doing anything at all. I’ll keep calling until I get my mozzarella sticks, whether it be another day, but I already paid for them.

  Food we didn't get any. =0 Service she was rude, possibly overwhelmed. Told us it would be 5 min before she got to us. 5 min passed and no response. Mind you we are in the Drive Thru, at Sonic "fast food". =0 Atmosphere =0 Do better. Get new management, and train them. The food industry is all about your customer service. If your losing money at this location invest in someone who is experienced in management I didn't believe the reviews, but I'd most definitely check it out maybe in mth. Smh.

  Great service. The assistant manager, Melissa, fixed my grilled cheese perfectly. She was very friendly and didn't take long for my order although she was by herself.

  I was craving Sonic, so I went and ordered two corndogs, a Blizzard, and some mozzarella sticks. When I got home, I realized one of the corndogs was burnt. That was disappointing since I usually enjoy Sonic and never have issues. I just wanted to mention it so it can be improved for next time.
