Mind you we are in the Drive Thru, at Sonic "fast food". =0 Atmosphere =0 Do better. Get new management, and train them. The food industry is all about your customer service. If your losing money at this location invest in someone who is experienced in management I didn't believe the reviews, but I'd most definitely check it out maybe in mth. Smh.

That was disappointing since I usually enjoy Sonic and never have issues. I just wanted to mention it so it can be improved for next time.
