  Wait time was extremely long. Ordered on the app and still got my order 10 minutes late. When the blasts and shakes arrived, the carhop didn’t say a single word to us. Just pushed the food into our car and walked away. No straws. No spoons. Had to walk up to the door and ask.

  Badly managed, horribly incorrect order. Missing cheese for pretzel. Has Mayo (eggs are an allergy for some people, and biting into it can be bad) on it and asked for no ketchup, add mustard. Asked for no lettuce, had lettuce embedded in the cheese. Cheese edges were burnt, not just caramelized or maillard. Bad time overall. Cannot get through on the phone as well. Major issues with this location overall. The attendees are great, being polite is about all that was worth while. If I had gone drive through and stated my order and it was input incorrectly, that's one thing, bit this was an online order. No excuses.

  Ordered on the app. Food was delivered hot. The girl who delivered the food was very pleasant and nice.

  I sat and watched no food get delivered for almost 20 minutes as two cars abandoned their meals and another guest proceeded to complain through the employees only door. I don't know who manages this Sonic location, but the kids I side are clearly in over their head and serious improvement is needed at this location.
