I live 25 min from this store, and its the closest one. Our order was made on line, made sure everything was ordered correctly, picked up my order and when I got home notice that my crispy chicken sandwich did not have what I added to it, even though it was paid for. Called the store, option 1, drive back and get a the remaid sandwich, or option 2 pick up the remaid sandwich the next day, I asked for a refund for what was not added and the manager just went on and on, on how she didn't know how to do it and for me to request the refund using the app and while she did all the talking, when I had an opportunity to say something she would place me on hold or silence the call. When I asked her about it she said she was hearing everything I said, and she wasn't going to argue over the phone on something she had already told me I needed to do. By then I was upset, and even expressed how inconvenient it was to make an order for my family to enjoy a small meal together and not even a refund was posible. Manager keep telling me that other customers use the app for refunds why couldn't I do it? At this point I was upset. Upset because she didnt give me the opportunity to speak or hear if there were any other option, I asked if she could explain how it's done and she said she doesnt know how and doesn't even have the app. Then again she kept going on and on, on how she didn't have the app but wanted me to request the refund cause she didn't know what else to say or else to help me. So, I interrupted her and told her, " as soon as you give me the opportunity to talk I can explain and we could come up with an alternative", then the agreement was made, for the inconvenience she would redo everything of the 1 meal that was done wrong and I would drive another 25 min to and from the store. Once I get to the store drive-through, I had to wait another 10 -15 minutes cause they did not hear or they were ignoring when I was honking the horn, meanwhile the employes just leand on the table, and equipment using their phones, others playing with their uncovered hair and then touch food. They should be inspected by the health dept. Out of all this, how is it posible that a company so rich would hire a person and give them the roll of a manager that doesnt even know how to use thier app, make refunds or even properly provide customer service to help a customer 🙄.
