- WBwilliam bailey1 day ago1.0I placed an order and paid for it at the drive up window. I waited. People came and went on both sides of me. I stopped two different servers and told him I hadn’t received my order after about 30 minutes of waiting. I walked up inside and told him I hadn’t received my order. A girl just looked at me and said you ordered and I said yes and I paid for it. They kept looking for my receipt and they said I needed a receipt. I informed them I never got a receipt because I never got my food and I showed them where they charged me at my bank. One server said oh this happened sometimes we give it to the wrong car. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting. I was there over an hour. Still never got any food. They said they’d have the manager call me never received any food from the manager. Never recall I wrote a letter never heard back. I’ll never go to another sonic Againnow I’m out $30 and no food.
