- SLStephanie LNov 23, 20251.0Absolutely ridiculous experience back on October 24th where the employees gave me a sonic blast that had a gaping hole on the side they covered with a sticker. The ‘manager’ when we came back told us “oh I tell them not to do that but they do it anyway” and switched between telling me he didn’t see the sticker and that he did see the hole. Then tried to force us into taking a replacement by going “see you can look for cracks” and when I asked to talk to a manager, he asked if I wanted to “see his log in sheet” and had a very smug and nasty full of himself demeanor. Haven’t been back since and am PROUDLY telling everyone I know not to go either! Also never received a reply back when I filed a complaint. Guess he really was a manager! Probably deleted it before his store manager saw it!
