  We usually ask for Lexi but we don’t always get her. Whenever we do, it’s the best experience. She’s funny and makes us feel comfortable and at home every time. Some days the food is alright but when it’s good it’s GOOD. It just depends honestly. Highly recommend trying the porterhouse and the Oscar toppings.

  Not sure I received a Ribeye streak … the cut did not seem right … also had to wait 50 minutes for the food with an apology but no break on the bill or offer of dessert

  Worst experience ever while PREGNANT.Not looking for discounts or money back just leaving my honest review. Called ahead to make sure we didnt need a reservation. They said no theres no wait. Okay perfect everything is gonna be fresh. WRONG. Appetizer was Spinach artichoke dip and it tasted sour and spoiled. My Pork ribs came split in 2, tasted bland, were room temp. I would not be surprised if it was leftovers from other plates. I ended up losing my appetite. My husband,bless his heart, tried offering me other foods but just could not eat anything else after that. My husband’s food was ok. But they forgot his gravy, told him there was no dr pepper. Wouldnt be an issue but the table next to us ordered dr pepper and got it. They also sat us in the back room with others that were wearing normal clothes. Ig u can only sit in the main room when u dress “fancy” . Also asked for Bread 3x and never got it. Felt like crying multiple times. Ik im a big baby but i am pregnant and was really craving these Ribs ALL DAY. Anyone else experience this? Yes i still left a 20% tip.

  I love this place my favorite everyone is friendly and helpful and customer service was the best. Thank you guys for what you do and made our Valentine's Day so special appreciate you guys.

  What started out at a small gathering of about 4-5 people, quickly grew to 15 people. We started out planning to meet at a different location, but they couldn’t accommodate the large group at the requested time. No biggie, we understood it was a big ask for a Saturday night. However, the team at the location near North Star Mall came to the rescue. All of us were able to gather comfortably to celebrate our friend. The food and drinks were delicious. Definitely try the Watermelon Fresca w/ a Tajin rim! The table ordered everything from chicken tenders, to pork chops, to shrimp, steak and ribs. We had two servers, but the one who tended to our side of the table was Trinity and she was/is a ROCK STAR. She caught the vibe of our group and fell right into making it a memorable experience for us. Aside from the food and drinks, she also served up stellar customer service, then went above and beyond that, by serving up great pictures for us. At our request, she captured memories of our group together. Thank you Trinity. Thank you to the manager for not booting us out when the restaurant closed. Thank you to the staff for not hitting us with the side-eye, while waiting for us to leave, so you close down properly. We truly appreciate the experience and the service.
