  This was possibly the worse steak ive ever had and thats comparing to Applebee's and big chain restaurants. The Top sirloin was completely full of gristle and had to spit out multiple bites. Got it to go so not driving back to return and waste more money on gas Update: plastic fork they gave broke and couldnt even eat half the steak due to pure gristle

  We made a reservation for New Years Eve because obviously places are busy and a little personal but I’m pregnant and can’t stand for long periods of time so we always make sure we have reservations. When we arrived it was busy (to be expected) and checked in. When we checked in they led us to believe we would be seated right away. However, 15 minutes later we checked back in with the hostess and she let us know they still haven’t seated reservations from 7:15, it’s now 8:00pm. The hostess was very rude and rolled her eyes at my husband when he asked why they were still taking walk ins if reservations from almost an hour prior had not been seated. We ended up leaving which was very disappointing. The hostess was telling people with reservations it could be an hour and half wait. Thats unacceptable, walk ins should have been turned away. Overall they made a pregnant lady cry, were rude and unprofessional

  Saltgrass Steakhouse at 410 never disappoints! The food is always consistently great—perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and quality you can count on every visit. Our server Julian was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience feel effortless. Huge kudos as well to managers Jessica and Ray, who clearly take pride in running a top-notch restaurant and making guests feel welcome. Great food, great service, and a great team all around. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

  Terrible experience. We ordered drinks that never came until we had finished our entire meal (which we had to eat with only water). The communication was non-existent the waiter only told us they were out of ingredients after our food arrived. When we complained about the poor service, the waiter refused to apologize, blamed the bartender, and actually told us to go talk to the bartender ourselves if we had an issue. Another server nearby laughed at us during this interaction. Spending over $80 on steaks to be treated this disrespectfully is unacceptable. Avoid this place.

  Unacceptable Service and Rude Staff – Will Not Return "We visited this Saltgrass location in San Antonio expecting a nice dinner, but the service completely ruined the evening. We ordered two drinks from the bar immediately, but they never arrived. Once our food hit the table, we had to ask where our drinks were, only to be told then that they were missing an ingredient. Why wasn’t this communicated earlier? We ordered replacement drinks, but again, the waiter disappeared. He never checked on us once during the meal. We ended up eating our $40 steaks with nothing but water. The drinks finally arrived after we had completely finished eating, so we sent them back. When we expressed our frustration about the lack of service, the waiter took zero responsibility. He simply said, 'It’s not my fault, it’s the bartender’s. If you want to talk to him, go ahead.' To make matters worse, a female server standing nearby laughed at the situation. It was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. We waited a long time just to get our check and leave. We definitely won’t be back."
