  Host Stand: The greeting wasn’t very warm, but we were seated within a reasonable amount of time. Service: Demetris was an excellent waiter — friendly, smiling, and it was clear he genuinely enjoys his job. Food: Overall good. The menu and quality were what you’d expect from a solid steakhouse, and the surrounding area adds an upscale atmosphere. Overall: 4/5 - We would definitely return.

  5 of us out dining tonight, we order. Waiter delivers most of the food, but tells me he forgot to put my steak order in and that they are working on it. Comes back 3 more times saying the same thing. Finally tell him to put it in a to-go box when it’s ready. Food comes in a bag and then we get the bill, we question why we’re still being charged for it 45 minutes later. Waiter says the food came, I move the bag towards him and tell him to take it back. Took the manager another 20 minutes to figure what to do. In the end, we kept rewards points and weren’t charged for the food the waiter did take back. Wouldn’t recommend,

  My family came during New Year's Eve, and we were asked to wait for an hour and a half. 30 minutes later I got a text saying our table was ready, so we rushed back to the restaurant since we were going around the Riverwalk while waiting. Then I got a call saying that they missed click and that our table is not ready, and we still need to wait for an hour; they will call again to let me know when the table is ready. I got another text about 45 minutes later saying my table was ready, but when I got in the restaurant, the 2 ladies at the front were telling me I was late since they sent me the message 45 minutes ago. I explained the situation, and the 2 ladies were very rude. They said it was not their fault and it was actually my fault for not checking the message. They refuse to give our family a table even when we said 8 of us can sit at 1 table. They said they need to go home at 10pm and will not serve us. By that time it was 9:25pm. 1 out of the 2 ladies said they will hold for 5 minutes, the other lady said 15 minutes, and a random lady suddenly walked by and said, "Actually 2 minutes." Terrible experience on New Year's Eve.

  An excellent list of steaks to choose from, a wide selection of cocktails and beverages, amazing views of the river and the Riverwalk. I liked the urban cowboy steak with shrimps and mushrooms. The Trailblazer cocktail was excellent as well. I enjoyed the views of the location. What I didn't expect from this place was the service. It was weird. A 15-min waiting list in a half-empty restaurant resulted in 20mins waiting. No beverages menu, until explicit request, a polite but indifferent intro into the restaurants specials. And not a single smile, no engagement during the entire visit did I get, as if I were not sitting there at all. Given that groups around me received a friendlier treatment, I presume, a solo dining is not hailed in this place. I rarely leave the complaints of that kind, but that utter indifference impressed me. The high quality of food and the charming ambiance leveled the overall impression. Unless you are going to dine solo, you may consider this place.

  We were so blessed to have our table cared for by Megan and Angelica—exceptional, outstanding service paired with absolutely delicious food. Thank you both for making our night so incredibly special and memorable 🙏. My parents surprised us by visiting from out of state, and this Christmas Eve dinner was truly the icing on the cake. It had been 10 years since our last Christmas together, and this evening made it unforgettable. We didn’t even have reservations, yet you all made it happen 🥹. To the three wonderful hostesses—thank you for squeezing us in on such a busy Christmas Eve. We are so very grateful!
