  ​"Ryan was our server and he did a fantastic job. The experience was very good from the moment we were seated until we paid the check. Saltgrass always has a great atmosphere, and this location is no exception. Several of the employees checked on us and helped us throughout the night, making us feel truly welcome. ​My wife and I both ordered the steak, and it was absolutely fantastic—perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly to our liking. It’s rare to find such consistent quality and service, but Ryan and the rest of the team nailed it. We will definitely be back soon. 5 stars!"

  Went to Saltgrass with my parents for lunch. We were sat immediately and greeted by our server, Ryan, in a timely matter. He had great energy and friendly attitude. We did not wait long for our salads after ordering our meals. We did not have to wait long for the main course afterwards. Ryan did a great job of checking in frequently to see how we were doing. It was a great experience.

  Nice service very attentive staff. Loved the food. I had the shrimp artichoke pasta and has become my favorite pasta and would highly recommend. Freshly made, the portion now too big but just right. Parking right in front and a nice place for dinner after a move (theater in front) and minimal waitime (15min). Steaks are also great!!!!

  Shout out from Dallas. Post celebratory birthday weekend and we were trying to get into Texas Roadhouse but no one answered the phone and online wait was 1 1/2hrs. We couldn't even find a parking spot so we went next door to Saltgrass. It was my first time here but definitely won't be my last. The wait was supposed to be 30 min but we got seated sooner. The waitress we had was outstanding; I wish I remembered her name and the food was really great. We had spinach dip as an appetizer-wasn't enough for my liking and could have used a lil salt:chips were light and delicious, so was the bread and butter. My daughter felt her sangria mix didn't have enough alcohol, tasted more like a mocktail. My drink was good-pomegranite something. I love prime rib-cooked perfect with mashed potatoes, and Cesar salad which could have used a tad more dressing. Daughter had t-bone steak, mashed potatoes, house salad and string beans. I honestly couldn't tell whose steak was better. It was a draw. The carrot cake-my gosh was one of the best I've ever had. Chef's kiss. I can't wait to go back again. Gonna have to keep them on my radar.

  I knew we were in trouble when the hostess sat me and my parents next to the roaring fireplace last night. It was so hot that the chairs were uncomfortable to sit in. Eventually I had to ask the manager to turn it off, it was so hot I was sweating just sitting at the table. I ordered my steak medium and it came out rare. They did replace my steak but by that time the rest of the table had already finished their meals. So, I took mine to go. I asked the waitress for a $50 gift card and was charged $94.90 which I just discovered on my banking app today. When I spoke to the manager on the phone, she said to wait a few days and hopefully the bill will adjust. She had no answer as to why I was overcharged in the first place. So, bad seating, bad food, and overcharged. The trifecta of a terrible experience. It was my Dad's birthday dinner, too. Pretty disappointed and the reason why I won't be back at Saltgrass anytime soon. I wish I had two extra hands so I could give this meal 4 thumbs down.
