We had 11 of us for our yearly family dinner. Service was fantastic. Food was really good. Despite being out of prime rib on a Saturday at 5:30 p.m. that must mean it's really good.

My 67th birthday gone awry. Had a 11am reservation, no one at desk to seat us for several minutes. Ordered appetizer and waited good 20 minutes for that. Steaks were over cooked and tasted like the grill. Server disappeared for long periods of time. Served entree with salad all at one time. Don't remember such an expensive meal tasting so nasty.😥

Absolutely horrible experience. We arrived mid-day to a half-empty restaurant, waited for 30 minutes noticing multiple empty sections and employees standing around, to be seated at an empty booth we noticed as soon as we walked in. As we were seated, we were rudely seated by David. “Greeted” is an understatement. We did not even get his name until we asked for the bill. As we viewed the menu Decided upon the rib combo with the pick 2 option straight off of the menu- and our Server informed us that such an option was nonexistent, even though we were staring at it on our menu. As the other server dropped off our appetizer, we were curious and asked Mariah if this was an option and she quickly informed us that it was and that our server was probably Uninformed. This left a bitter taste in our mouth after we were left for 30 minutes, waiting on a table that we were staring at the entire time. We asked our server if we could speak to a manager to confirm that this option was available and he was not willing to speak with us. After waiting another 15 minutes, we were refused a to-go box for our appetizer, and had to approach our server who was standing around laughing with the other servers. Bottom line do not visit this establishment. The management does not care about Customer care nor are they informed about their own printed menu.

My wife and I recently dined at Saltgrass Steakhouse, and while the food and atmosphere were fine, we had a serious issue with how her shellfish allergy was handled. When she placed her order, she specifically asked our server if any of the fried foods were cooked in the same oil as shellfish. The server confidently told us no, so she ordered based on that reassurance.
Not long after our order was taken, a manager came to our table to inform us that, in fact, the restaurant does use the same oil for shellfish and other fried items. We appreciated the honesty, but this should have been communicated correctly from the start — that kind of mistake could have led to a dangerous allergic reaction.
We decided not to take any chances and changed her order, but the experience left us uneasy. Food allergies are serious, and guests need to be able to trust that the information they’re given is accurate. I hope Saltgrass takes this as an opportunity to retrain staff and ensure better communication between the kitchen and servers when it comes to allergens.
