Jennifer was our server and she was perfect!! Attentive without being intrusive..made sure all our needs were met..and I have today.. the Chicken Laredo was AMAZING

The speakers blowing out normal conversation was the start of the, " OMFG! Don't they want us to come back?!" The echo in the building made me plug my ears more than a few times.
The food was their saving grace. Everything from the appetizer to the T-bone was marvelous!

Went to Saltgrass for the first time for an early Valentine's Day dinner, and it was really good. I was expecting the meal to be a lot more than it was, but the prices were lower than I planned for. My wife and I's steaks were both delicious along with Mac and cheese we both had. And the strawberry salad? Absolutely amazing! One of the best salad's from a restaurant I've had in a while. Definitely plan to go back for another date night

Special thanks to Ndia for the spectacular service she was polite, accommodating, and always approached us with a smile!
My little cousin and I were out today reaping the rewards from out belated 🎂 birthday and landed here to eat lunch. He jumped for the BBQ Burger and fried while I kept my order classy with the country friend steak and green beans. Ms. Ndia suggested the Greenbeans and man im glad she did. My little cousin had a few glasses of raspberry sweet tea and one to go! Only validating that the tea is on point. We enjoyed the table bread, specially when I realized how big the country Fried steak is. I cut the steak in half and put half in the bun bread making me a huge sandwich to take home. I eat the other half and was plenty full!!! Beautiful location, nice atmosphere, polite customer service, and Great Food! Thanks for the awesome lunch! We enjoyed it!

I was originally going to write a detailed review, but it really comes down to this: the service and food were simply not up to the standard they should have been. I won’t be returning.
That said, shoutout to our waitress, Jennifer, who genuinely tried her best to turn the experience around—she was excellent.
As feedback for management, the front-of-house staff could benefit from better training on communication and making guests feel welcomed upon arrival.
Unfortunately, the food was also subpar. The attached photo shows my medium-rare ribeye: thin, dry, and overcooked. It resembled a buffet steak rather than what you’d expect from a proper steakhouse.
