His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and instead of addressing concerns or trying to help, he made the situation feel uncomfortable and brushed off. Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately this visit reflected very poor management. I’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but this experience completely changed my perception. I hope ownership takes a closer look at how management interacts with guests. I will be encouraging people to refrain from visiting this location.

We had to wait until another waiter came to help the waiter that was assigned to our party. Our waiter was awesome but the helper was scarce. However, the food was delicious and huge servings.

Steak came back as ordered but was room teperature, not hot. Think it was sitting on counter for awhile before bringing out to table. WILL NOT COME BACK! Bad experience!
