Want to go to a place that will literally charge you extra every chance they get without telling you upfront? This is the place. First got there and the wait was said to be 1 hour. Start with ordering a beer at the bar to kill the time. Guess what, you get to keep the “souvenir glass” that you didn’t ask for but had to pay for. Then, no crap, 2 hours later we finally get seated. Kids ordered lemonade, guess what!? More souvenir glasses that you didn’t ask for. About that time the lady with the camera walks up to your table and says “cheese!” As he puts a camera up to her face. Naturally, everyone smiles and she gets the shot. About 5 minutes later same lady shows up and has printed out the photos and now wants money for them. Again, no asking just doing and then demanding payment. This restaurant is the equivalent to the guy that starts washing your windshield at a stoplight and then puts his hand out for payment. Long story short, food took forever, kids were literally falling asleep at this point and the bill for 2 adults and 2 kids was $200.00 for mediocre food. Take my advice, walk in, see the animatronic animals, and go somewhere else.

There’s something unexpectedly magical about walking into Rainforest Cafe. From the moment the doors close behind you, the outside world fades away and you’re transported into a lush, glowing jungle filled with towering trees, cascading waterfalls, and the distant rumble of thunder. It’s not just dinner — it’s an experience. The atmosphere is what truly sets Rainforest Cafe apart. The animatronic animals come to life in the most delightful way — elephants trumpet, gorillas chatter, and tropical birds call from the canopy above. Every few minutes, a thunderstorm rolls through the “rainforest,” complete with flashing lightning and rolling thunder. It’s immersive without being overwhelming, and it creates a sense of childlike wonder that’s hard to find in most restaurants. The decor is thoughtfully detailed. From the twinkling starry ceiling to the glowing fish tanks and vine-covered walls, every corner feels intentional. It’s the kind of place where you can’t help but look around between bites just to take it all in. The food itself is comforting and crowd-pleasing. The menu offers a wide variety — from burgers and steaks to seafood and tropical-inspired dishes — making it easy for families or groups to find something they love. While the flavors are familiar and approachable, the presentation often carries the playful jungle theme, adding to the overall fun. What truly elevated our visit, though, was our waiter, Daniel. From the moment he greeted us, he brought such warmth and genuine enthusiasm to the table. He was attentive without hovering, patient with questions, and made thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Even during the bustling dinner rush, he made us feel like we were his top priority. His friendly personality blended perfectly with the fun, adventurous vibe of the restaurant — he didn’t just serve our meal, he enhanced the entire experience. Rainforest Cafe isn’t just about the meal — it’s about stepping into a different world for a little while. With incredible atmosphere, satisfying food, and exceptional service from Daniel, it became more than just dinner. It became a memory we’ll smile about for a long time.

I had a reservation and arrived on time, but the lady at the front took her time attending to me. When I was finally helped, they tried to blame me, saying I wasn’t on time and that I should have gone up sooner, which was frustrating and unprofessional. The experience only got worse from there. They brought me the wrong order, and instead of fixing it quickly, the staff seemed to be slacking and not paying attention. It felt very unorganized and careless. Customer service was lacking, and no one seemed in a rush to make things right. The food itself was extremely disappointing. The texture was off, the presentation was sloppy, and it definitely did not taste fresh. For the price we paid, it was beyond disappointing. On top of that, the utensils were dirty, which was completely unacceptable. Everything just felt unclean, and there was even a smell inside that reminded me of dirty water. It made the entire experience uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone. The only positive part was a staff member wearing blue who helped us get our to-go boxes. They were kind and made the experience feel a little better despite everything else.

2/25/26::: We took our oldest here for her birthday. Drove 40 minutes and had a reservation. We were seated approx 10 mins later and then waited 15 mins just for a drink and app order. Drinks finally came out and 2/3 were correct. Then the app (which was amazing). Then nothing for an hour. No refills, no check in, and definitely no order taking. By the time we had our order taken, there was 20 mins before closing. By the time we got our food, it was 30 mins past closing (9:30. Our reservation was for 7:30). No birthday celebration 😭, no apology from the server at all. She was focused on a table that had 8 people (i get it, its a birthday party) which we were sitting right next to, but thats no excuse to ignore us. Spoke to the hostess stand to let them know and they said the mgr would be right out, but they never told him. When she finally refilled the drinks she told my daughter she would give us a free refill for the trouble. When the food came we asked for boxes and the bill. On the bill the $7 refill was there, smh. $145 for 3 people only to not be able to eat anything there but the app. By time we got home, the food was horrible (50 mins with 35N traffic) smh. Idk if we will be back, smh.

Our afternoon lunch could have easily gone the wrong way, but thanks to Georgia, Emily and Ida, it turned into one of the most impressive service experiences we’ve had. Georgia, our hostess, was absolutely outstanding. Her warmth, grace, and professionalism were next level. She didn’t just greet us — she genuinely cared. She handled the situation with such poise and kindness that she completely shifted the energy of the evening. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. And then there’s Emily — truly exceptional. From the moment she introduced herself, she was attentive, confident, and incredibly personable. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel valued and appreciated the entire time. You can tell she takes pride in delivering top-tier service. The management team, Ida and Luis, also stepped up and made sure we left happy, which speaks volumes about the leadership there. What started as a rough beginning turned into an experience worth raving about — all because of Georgia, Emily and Ida! If you visit, you’ll be lucky to have them taking care of you!
