- ADAlex DanielNov 7, 20251.0Extremely disappointing experience. The employees at this Pizza Hut were rude both in person and over the phone. When I called to ask about my order, the person on the phone had a terrible attitude and acted like I was bothering them just for asking a simple question. When I arrived to pick up my food, the staff at the counter weren’t any better—no greeting, no eye contact, just attitude. Customer service here is seriously lacking, and it really ruins the whole experience. I used to enjoy Pizza Hut, but after how I was treated, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

The base was supposed to be a pesto Margherita. They didn't even get that right. Whenever we pulled up the employee was outside taking a smoke break. I don't know if they were rushing outside to get to that break, but basic order instructions were not followed.
