  This place has lost its charm. The service is terrible, the staff is rude, and the food tastes like grease. It’s not like it used to be. I was thoroughly disappointed and won’t be returning. RIP Pizza Hut.

  This was the worst experience I've experienced with pizza hut across three different states. The timelines was not or never an issue. The pizza wasn't delivered by pizza hut it was door dash. The delivery guy was extremely musty to where I didn't smell my food. He proceeded to bring the pizza not holding it upright so the pizza is flat but had it side ways in a bag. Out of the three visits from this location out of 2 carryout and this delivery this location needs to be closed for good. The is not the first experience I've had like this from this store. It's a newly renovated location and they will never get it right. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

  I ordered delivery. It took 20 minutes longer than the expected time and the pizza looks like it’s been sitting there all day. Also, I ordered a lemonade and got a tea…tea tastes like pure vomit to me. I was craving Pizza Hut for the first time in years…now I know why it’s been years since I craved it.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will NOT get your order and the management DOES NOT CARE. Seriously. This is my second time giving them a chance and both times they simply don’t deliver your food.
