  Poor employee working all by himself with 5 customers waiting for their food not counting all other orders placed online. Can’t staff if properly shut it down.

  Worst Pizza Hut imaginable I used to work at this establishment and it’s only gotten worse, when I ordered this last time it was actually awful quality, using expired dough and the people inside know that they are using bad dough. The sauce was everywhere on the pizza and due to that there was literally no crust on the pizzas. The GM doesn’t know how to run this establishment and I would reframe from ordering here.

  I got a pizza that was absolutely swimming in bbq sauce with hardly any cheese, way too much pineapple and hardly any bacon. There was so much sauce that the cheese didn't even cook all the way and much of the pizza was just bbq sauce and pineapple which was gross and way too sweet. Really disappointed. I've gotten bbq sauce instead of red sauce previously and it was fine, but this time whoever made the pizza was terrible at amounts and placements.

  I had a carryout order and paid for 2 extra Marinara sauces. Asked cashier if extra sauces were in box. He replied "they should be". Got home they were not. I normally check order in car but Pizza Hut is next to an Autistic Center and a small child was throwing a fit directly behind my car. The mother grabbed him closed her door that was blocking my car and apologized and said she'd wait for me to pull off. I told her no need to apologize and I also carry stickers and miniature skateboards and gave the kid one. So I hurried out for them. When I got home I called store for a refund and was told by Manager - Matt, that they only give store credits. I offered to bring order back and he said they cannot accept food back. Then I asked if he even cared because of his fed up tone and attitude when I never cursed or raised my voice he replied, "not really because I offered you a credit." I was hung up on by Matt with a complete lack of care by a manager? I want a refund so I can take my $4 tip back on a single pizza and one order of bread stick carryout order. This was at 3pm and no other customers were in store. I can maybe understand if they were busy but when I walked in the store it was completely empty and all 3 employees were all sitting down. This was today, Wednesday.
