Requested manager and no one was available except an employee pretending to be a manager with name “Francizco” Pizza Hut need to do better training their employees on Corporate policies and customer service. Specially if this is not even their money… Needless to say we won’t be going back

So I went hungry for the night. I called the next day to see if I can get my order delivered with maybe a complimentary item because of the inconvenience to me. They told me no that I can only get refund or the pizza. So I chose to get the pizza. When they delivered it, it looked like the picture I provided. I called back and the shift leader "AMANDA" said that there was nothing she can do and offered to come pick the pizza back up for a refund. TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

- CSCoryn SteinOct 17, 20255.0Zach was the associates that dealt with me he was very thorough and letting me know what type of deals they had going on currently I really appreciated the service the food was hot and ready, there was not too much of a wait and the atmosphere inside was very welcoming. I really appreciated the work that the team had they seem to communicate very well, and they got the drive through which was beginning to get packed, but then knocked down like a great team should. I was in a hurry, they were very accommodating and they had a great attitude once again thank you Zack good job two thumbs up 👍👍💯
