My order supposed to be delivered at 2pm as I requested detailed but they delivered around 12 noon, the party will start at 2:30pm I want it to be delivered by 2pm. And the manager told me once the order received they have to make it without looking at the order details when to be delivered. And for the manager that I spoke too you shouldn’t make a laugh gesture over the phone if you’re feel sorry about it. I talked nicely to you maam.

The app told me it would be delivered no later than 10:13PM. That was fine, but when 10:13 came and went with no pizza, I tried to cancel and it was impossible. The phone number sends you to a call center where the reps barely speak English, and they try to connect you to the store only to hang up. When I finally did get patched through, the store would not answer. And the one time they did, they literally picked up and hung up on me without me even saying a single word. I used to be loyal to Pizza Hut. Once a month we would place a huge order for my business. After this experience, they have lost me as a customer. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and flat out disrespectful. I will be avoiding Pizza Hut like the plague.
