  Came at 9:40 to pick up an order and the door was just locked and I couldn’t get my food. I waited outside for a bit to see if they’d come opener but no one did

  Id give a 0 of i could, I ordered online was just missing the 2 dips I paid extra for so I called and they didnt want to come back so they offered credit or for me to go get it. So I asked for a refund for what I was missing and they immediately said ok we'll send someone to bring it. I waited for an hour and called 6 times no one came or answered the phone. Won't order with them ever again.

  Gave me wrong toppings and then realized after coming out of the oven that it was mushrooms not olives and made an excuse and added mushrooms on the same pizza and put it back half way in the oven which left the mushrooms raw. Made me sick to my stomach after eating it.

  Ordered food online , waited for 45 minutes and never got my food . Called pizza hut and they bounced me around on the phone and tried transferring me to the store location 3 times where no one answered phone.called pizza hut for the 4th time and was told there was nothing they could do to help me or give my money back .she also tried to transfer me store location for 4th time. And gave me the number to corporate to call myself. Not once did any of pizza hut employees ask me for my order number . Worst service ever .no wonder they losing business .I will never buy from them again
