One of the best customer service experiences I've had from restaurant management. Anywho, thanks for the smooth and courteous manner in which you remedied our concerns. Someone promote that dude.

It’s clear it had been sitting under a heat lamp before I even ordered. It wasn’t hot or fresh when it arrived. Paying customers deserve quality food and respect, regardless of whether they use a deal or not.
