The same manager is still there since alone time ago, he's okay but sometimes he can be an stubborn man with the customers.

Our pizza was half cooked and employees where making faces and had an attitude with my daughter as she was ordering! People were just loitering in the restaurant. The pizza was undercooked in the center. Only three tables were eating, and yet, I had to seek out our server on multiple occasions. The quality of this restaurant has gone down significantly over the years.
