The staff said something was wrong with their system because it said the food had been delivered when it was not. We called and got hung up on multiple times. We called from another phone and they answered then heard it was our order and hung up again on purpose. It was for my nephews birthday party and they took so long he fell asleep. They are party poopers for sure.

- JRJessica RamirezDec 19, 20251.0Never again well, I order from Pizza Hut on December 12 I ordered a delivery from them after a long day of work for me and my family 60$ worth after I received a notification that my delivery was delivered, I contacted them that I never received it. Apparently the driver left it somewhere else. I called them and told them it was never delivered. I told them it’s already late I’m just gonna start cooking dinner. Just refund my money back. The manager told me it’ll take 2 to 3 business days. so I waited nothing was refunded so I reached out and contacted the main office and made a complaint. They said someone will contact me in 3 to 5 business days here we are today and still nothing. I consider the money lost, but never again will I order from you guys since you don’t know how to take care of your customers.

I was told by the girl in the front we could not dine in since she was short staffed. There was no one inside. We could have cleaned after ourselves. Paid over $40 for 1 pizza and 1 order of wings. Could have let us sit in and eat our dinner. Very disappointed
