  Never had an issue with this place until tonight. Order placed at 7:53 online says it will be ready at 8:18 did not receive food in hand till 8:43 all I ordered was one singular pizza melt. Do not recommend coming here on a Friday night. Also just an observation I was not the only one waiting long periods of time for my order. Instead of loud karaoke they should focus on getting orders out in an accurate and timely manner.

  Had my birthday party here on karaoke night. It was fantastic. I called ahead to reserve space and let the restaurant know to expect a crowd. They had everything ready. The space was beautiful. The food was so good and served quick and hot. Drink glasses stayed full. The waitress was great. She treated all my guest well. My friends sang all evening. My friends complemented me on a great party but the credit should go to Pizza Hut Valley-Hi.

  This locations cashier Dana is a very rude and disrespectful person. I ordered $64.44 worth of food all of it was the my hut boxes with the side and drink. I had one hut box that had an entree of wings (6) and a side of wings (4), 2 hut boxes with entrees of wings and a side of fries and all the entrees only came with 4 wings instead of 6 wings and then the other 3 hut boxes were with melts one was perfect and the other 2 had a side of garlic Parmesan wings. Well those wings did not come with any sauce at all. I've worked for pizza hut a few times since 2023 and I know exactly how garlic Parmesan wings are to look. I got there as they had just finished my ordered and was putting it in the warmer and I live literally 3-5 minutes from the restaurant so no the wings should not have looked naked. So my roommate and I take the 5 messed up hut boxes back to the store to get it fixed. Well when we walked in Dana already had an attitude cause she made a comment "oh look their back to complain about their order". I brought everything up to the cashier counter and explained what was wrong with opening each box to let them see for their selves what was wrong and missing well Dan's slapped my receipt on the counter very hard and very rude like saying "you can tell everything to him" pointing to one of the managers so I go over everything again opening each box and showing him what was missing and what was wrong again he then tried to tell me that the garlic Parmesan wings soaked up the sauce um no they did not they were dry there was no sauce I picked them up and showed him nope no sauce. So the manager and Dana took the 5 boxes to the back to fix them and again Dana was snickering and laughing saying things like I just wanted free food. Then she comes back to us at the counter and tells us its going to be 30 minutes we said ok and asked for her name and his name. She said "his name is Dominic" so I then asked for her name cause neither one had a name tag on and she said goodbye in a very ugly and disrespectful tone and walked off and got another manager I guess was the store manager and who came to the counter and asked how he could help and I told first and foremost I do not like the service or the attitude that I have got since I walked back in with the majority of my order from this girl right here and I pointed to her so he comes out from that side and pulls my roommate and I off to the side to ask about what she done so my roommate and I told him and I also told him about my order. Did I get free food yes they gave me a coupon for a free pizza and gave us a pizza that was already made for free. My roommate and I did not ask for any of that we just asked that our order be fixed.

  We ordered from this place and the order was wrong. Me and roommate went back to the place to get it fixed and the cashier whose name is Dayna was extremely rude to both of us. She slammed the receipt on the counter and told us to talk to someone else. Then she continued to laugh and talk about us to her coworkers in the back. When my roommate asked for everyone's name she gave the store managers name and when we asked for her name she said goodbye and walked away laughing. This behavior from her was unacceptable and not polite at all. Don't have Dayna be your cashier she is the one who doesn't wear a nametag and works the afternoon shift. She continued to think that she was right abt everything. This girl needs to be fired from this location she doesn't deserve a job at all. She doesn't know how to talk to customers properly. If I could give the rating a 0 I would. I'm extremely pissed about the whole situation. This was supposed to be a nice dinner meal for me, my roommate, my fiance and his kids.

  Not understanding why is there no one willing to come to the register to help customers walking in. I watched the line form with not 1 single greetings or even letting me know they will help us. Just makes no sense, even knowing this is the GM here just not saying anything at all.
