  The guy in the counter with the ear piercing had no customer skills didn't say hi welcome to pizza hut pizza was freaking cold they messed up order guess they were short staff . Customer should always come first. Will never come back to that location in san antonio

  We came in to this Pizza Hut for dinner. We came in and ordered. My husband explained exactly what we wanted. We wanted a pizza with ham over all of it, black olive on half and pineapple on the other half. Easy right? We noticed once we sat down that it was NOT what the receipt said. My husband went back up and said it was not correct. The employee said “don’t worry, I got you!”. We waited about 20 minutes for our food and it was wrong!! I took it up there and with FOUR employees working, none of them would come to see what I wanted. I stood there for quite a while. Finally my husband came up and the same employee finally came to the counter. My husband said that it was wrong and the employee said snotty. “well, what do you want?“ He explained again What our order was supposed to be and we’ve been sitting here a good half an hour again waiting for them to fix it! Not only that, but they had absolutely no ice for the pop and they didn’t offer us. Any plates or anything for the pizza. We will never go to a Pizza Hut again especially this one! Too many bad experiences with Pizza Hut these days you guys are all going bankrupt! OH! And my husband just said when he went up to finally ask about the pizza again, it was sitting in the warmer and no one had called us Up to the counter to tell us it was ready! They let us just sit here waiting!! I suppose we are obligated to give the employee a TIP?! This is exactly why we shouldn’t have standard tipping!! And while we sat there waiting, one of the other employees came out to the dining room and was dragging the metal tables and chairs around the room. The noise was horrible, but I don’t think he cared. We are here in town doing social media videos for our page that has 420K followers. Wonder what they are going to think of our post about this?

  Favorite location. Great Customer Service. Jackie is always welcoming , friendly and super efficient. Highly recommend.

  Ms Jackie was a wonderful customer service representative for this Pizza Hut location. She guided me to order the best meal for my dollar. The My Hot Box which included your delicious Chicken Bacon Parmesan Full Melt, tasty fries for a side and a 20oz thirst quenching Mountain Dew. The Atmosphere matched the 5 Star Food and Service that Pizza Hut is well known for providing it's customers
