They immediately take my money (charge on my card), but 3 hours later they never deliver and then claim they can't find you order. This has happened on two separate occasions. I then call the store only to have them hang up on me 5+ times. Terrible!!! //////////////////////////////////////////// **Update 24 hours later** The order is STILL pending as "being prepared", what a joke! I still never reached the store, they force you to drive in. I will never return to this store and implore others to go to Papa Johns or Dominos instead.
