- YGYuleida Gamboa2 days ago1.0DO NOT ORDER HERE ‘ ! I had a delivery order that included two medium pizzas, wings, cheese sticks, and a drink. The two pizzas tasted rancid, bitter and sour and were completely inedible. I’m not sure if it was the cheese or the dough, but something was clearly wrong. The rest of the order was fine. I called the store to report the issue and request a refund or store credit for only the two pizzas, and initially the store manager said he could issue a credit. However, during the call I could clearly hear another employee in the background making rude and judgmental comments, questioning my complaint simply because I was a “new customer” and didn’t create an account before ordering. That was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to. After listening to this employee, the manager suddenly changed his tone and began questioning whether the entire order was bad — even though I repeatedly and clearly stated it was only the pizzas. I was then told I would have to bring the entire order into the store to receive any refund or credit. This makes absolutely no sense, especially considering I ordered delivery for a reason and do not have a vehicle. Why would a customer waste time calling to report bad food if it wasn’t legitimate? I was also trying to give them a heads-up in case others experienced the same issue. Between the spoiled food, the employee making comments in the background, and the refusal to properly resolve the issue, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Completely unacceptable and not how a business should treat customers.
