I ordered a large stuff crust pizza tonight and when I got home I noticed there was no sauce on the pizza. I called them to let them know and they asked me to bring it back to remake it. Okay cool. I get there and show him the pizza and he’s like WOW. Yeah there’s really no sauce. He brings out the remake and it’s the same exact way. I told him this looks like the one I just brought back. He goes to say he can only use a medium scoop of pizza sauce on a large pizza because it has stuffed crust. (so apparently you decide if you want sauce or stuffed crust). He told me next time to order extra sauce. I will let the picture speak for itself. Hey management….your staff needs to do better.
- MTMiko TesfayNov 22, 20251.0No wonder Pizza Hut are closing it's doors.After I placed my order online and paid for it, I went to pick it up and I was told that since is been more than an hr they throwed away my pizza and when I ask the manager Jush to remake it he said that I have to pay for it again.When I ask for my refund he said that it will take 3 business day to get my money back (that is normal ) but when I ask for my refund receipt he said he doesn't have an access to give me the refund receipt....I don't know what kind of establishment is this but I know I will never going back to this location.
