I was told I spoke to the "MANAGER" over the phone. A well trained manager would not have handled this situation this way she was very rude and totally unprofessional. This order was for a celebration and half of my guests did not get to enjoy the food. Very dissatisfied customer never ordering from this location again...

- JBJames BoozerDec 9, 20253.0I am not sure what's going on with Pizza Hut these days. Every time I've gone especially at lunch, there is only one person working the place. They usually take your order at the counter and then go and cook your food. The place is usually empty except for the few people that come in to sit down for lunch. They only have bottled drinks which is kind of odd for a sit-down restaurant. The pizzas are still pretty good though.
