Was given attitude when I pressed for more information. I’d like to understand why employees wouldn’t check orders the days prior knowing that it’s a busy day and ensure appropriate staffing so that all orders are made on time. OR you could set limits on the number of orders you can accommodate so you don’t get overloaded… just some food for thought for management so you can successfully run an efficient and satisfactory business. Also, help those who answer phones to remain professional and actually apologize/show concern when a customer is understandably frustrated. Update - Lo and behold: order was ready, there was not another person in the restaurant when I arrived, and individual was still not friendly. Adding 1 star back for order being ready but leaving review so management has this feedback and operational ideas for the future.
