Waited on hold for 20+ minutes just to get a refund. Eventually just hung up after waiting for the general manager. The pizza was 41 minutes late after paying $10+ for delivery on a $14 pizza.

The employee told me the order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I waited until 30 minutes past the original schedule time before I inquired again about my order. The same employee again told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and a general manager named Lucy came to the counter and said she had 2 new employees. I told her that waiting for over 30 minutes at this point was unacceptable. She went to the register and gave me a receipt that showed my order was cancelled and she instructed one of the employees to throw my food away. I told her I didn’t want a refund I just needed my order and give my feedback as a regular customer that a delay of over 30 minutes was unacceptable. She said she canceled the order and I had to leave the restaurant. This is not the service I expected especially from the general manager.
