  Wouldn’t even feed my dogs the food that I received from this Pizza Hut. Asked for extra sauce on both pizzas and to avail no sauce on the pizzas. Took a bite of the pizza that was ordered for my wife and I don’t even know how you can make a pepperoni pizza unseasoned. The only seasoning on my pizza was from the jalapeño.

  I live 20 minutes away from this location but was in the area and decided to order from this location. I placed a simple order of a plain cheese thin crust pizza and 2 orders of wings. I get home I open the pizza box and it’s a handmade pan pizza. I call the location to see what resolution they can offer, I ask if they can deliver the pizza to me and I would give them the incorrect one I was told no, I asked if they could transfer the order to the Pizza Hut nearest to me I was told no I requested a refund I was told no. My only options were go back 20 minutes to pick up the correct order or have a credit put on my account that I could only use at this location. I tell them I will make the 20 minutes drive to get the correct pizza but I ask if they can remake the entire order and I will bring back everything they gave me because by the time I get back the wings will be cold I was told no. This is not how you run a business I asked to speak with a manager one never came to the phone but I was told if I brought all the “merchandise” back they would replace everything. When I get to the place I request a manager AGAIN I was told one wasn’t available. What kind of establishment doesn’t have a manager on the premises?! Not only was my order incorrect because of their incompetence I have to drive back to fix their mistake and I get push back when I request for them to make the entire order again. Customer service in this place doesn’t exist.

  If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a meat lovers pizza with jalapeño and when I got the pizza the only toppings on it was pepperoni and beef. Got home and realized so we called and spoke with a younger white female manager, told her the situation and all she offered was the bare minimum of remaking the pizza as it was ordered. This type of error and inconvenience and there was nothing offered except doing it right the second time. Yes, after the inconvenience of driving back to the location we got the remake and there was little to no toppings of the meat lovers. Ridiculous. The manager needs customer service training and a life experience because offering the bare minimum when the wrong was made on their service position is an outstanding failure in the food industry. Has potential to be a great Pizza Hut but needs new leadership.

  The Pizza Hut call center got our order wrong. The staff and mangers were so patient and accommodating. They did everything they could to fix my order . They didn't even charge me for the extra items the call center mistaking added my order. Great food, superb service service. They just gained a life long customer. :)

  AWFUL! They used DoorDash to deliver my pizza. The driver was having a hard time finding my home. I was texting with him trying to help. He called me SCREAMING at me saying he can’t find it and how I can get out of my house and go pick it up. He finally found it and left it on the ground and peeled off leaving. The way this man was so angry and rude towards me i didn’t even feel comfortable eating the food. I tried to call the store FIVE time and no answer. All i wanted was a refund or the option to have another pizza sent to me. Very annoyed
