  DO NOT GO HERE. Our brother placed an order here. They said 15 minutes. We drove 30 to get here. The “night manager” said it would be another 45 MINUTES. So we left the building, went back to my car. Came back 45 MINUTES later. THE LADY SAID SHE CANCELLED THE ORDER BECAUSE WE LEFT THE BUILDING. do you want me to wait in your store for 45 more minutes after I already drove 30 minutes to get here? No. I’m gonna wait in my car. Bullshit place bro. Now it’s 7:45 at night after an hour and a half. What a joke. Oh the “managers” name that cancelled the order was Jocelyn. We asked if we asked for the answer to be cancelled. She literally said no. She did it because we left the building.

  We were feeding seven people, so I wasn’t expecting miracles or anything, but it feels like I did something to upset my local store. The longer you look at it, the worse it gets. Figured food doesn’t have to look great to taste good. But in this case I would have preferred it at least look pretty to take the edge off. I had to use a fork and knife to eat it because there was literally like a whole glob of sauce in the middle (actually dripped off the slice while being held) and somehow the edges look nice and cooked while the middle was the gooey kind of raw that makes you regret all your choices up to that point. But the kids are fed, and the other pizzas were consumed without issue.

  Was parked outside for about a minute walked in people have already been in the store. I approach the counter the girl that works there with an attitude said they are waiting. I said okay. People standing in the back no one helps. Horrible costumer service. Don't recommend it. Find another pizza hut or pizza place.

  I live 20 minutes away from this location but was in the area and decided to order from this location. I placed a simple order of a plain cheese thin crust pizza and 2 orders of wings. I get home I open the pizza box and it’s a handmade pan pizza. I call the location to see what resolution they can offer, I ask if they can deliver the pizza to me and I would give them the incorrect one I was told no, I asked if they could transfer the order to the Pizza Hut nearest to me I was told no I requested a refund I was told no. My only options were go back 20 minutes to pick up the correct order or have a credit put on my account that I could only use at this location. I tell them I will make the 20 minutes drive to get the correct pizza but I ask if they can remake the entire order and I will bring back everything they gave me because by the time I get back the wings will be cold I was told no. This is not how you run a business I asked to speak with a manager one never came to the phone but I was told if I brought all the “merchandise” back they would replace everything. When I get to the place I request a manager AGAIN I was told one wasn’t available. What kind of establishment doesn’t have a manager on the premises?! Not only was my order incorrect because of their incompetence I have to drive back to fix their mistake and I get push back when I request for them to make the entire order again. Customer service in this place doesn’t exist.
