  Slowest location ever. Worst customer service. Third and final time coming to this location. Management, you need to retrain your employees. I get that fast food is not fun, but dang.

  I order pizza for my family tonight and the driver came and when my husband send the receipt he got upset cuz i didnt tip when i tip when i ordered so he took off with my pizza and almost try to ran over my husband as well when my husband try to ask nice to receive the pizza

  Order Refusal After Closing Time While Customers Were Already Inside One thing I hate is writing BAD Reviews but this was very unprofessional ! I’m writing to report an issue that occurred this evening at the Papa John’s location at 13762 Potranco Rd, Suite 200, San Antonio, TX 78245. My husband were already inside the store before 8:00 PM, waiting to place our order. While he was waiting, an employee informed us that they had stopped taking orders at 8:00 PM, despite the fact that we were physically inside the store prior to closing time. I have a photo taken at 8:01 PM clearly showing the store open, lights on, and signage visible, which I can provide as proof. Being turned away under these circumstances felt unfair and unprofessional, especially since we were already waiting inside before closing. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately and so future customers are not treated the same way. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Capo’s Pizza got y’all’s sale thanks to whoever was working tonight. Capo’s for the WIN! 🍕

  I placed a small two pizza order for carry out and tipped over four dollars. When I arrived, there was nobody in the store except for the employees. Nobody greeted me or acknowledge me. There was one person making boxes in the back, another person watching another person make a pizza and laughing about something not related to work. There was another person who looked like the manager ordering food from a nearby restaurant And another person who was cutting and boxing pizzas. Three of them made eye contact with me and I smiled friendly, just waiting for somebody to say something. After a couple minutes of just standing there and waiting nicely, I said out loud that I was just picking up a pizza. Two of them looked at me like deer and headlights, as if they didn’t know what I was saying, I’m guessing because they didn’t want to be the one to come to the register. I was about ready to walk back there and just grab my pizza from the heating rack. I said out loud again that I was just there to pick up a pizza and finally the guy that was boxing pizzas comes around and gives me my pizza. This manager needs to stop ordering food from other restaurants in front of customers if they’re on the clock and also needs to teach their employees what good customer service looks like because that was NOT it. I totally regret leaving a tip. AND My pizza wasn’t even cut lol
