  I placed a small two pizza order for carry out and tipped over four dollars. When I arrived, there was nobody in the store except for the employees. Nobody greeted me or acknowledge me. There was one person making boxes in the back, another person watching another person make a pizza and laughing about something not related to work. There was another person who looked like the manager ordering food from a nearby restaurant And another person who was cutting and boxing pizzas. Three of them made eye contact with me and I smiled friendly, just waiting for somebody to say something. After a couple minutes of just standing there and waiting nicely, I said out loud that I was just picking up a pizza. Two of them looked at me like deer and headlights, as if they didn’t know what I was saying, I’m guessing because they didn’t want to be the one to come to the register. I was about ready to walk back there and just grab my pizza from the heating rack. I said out loud again that I was just there to pick up a pizza and finally the guy that was boxing pizzas comes around and gives me my pizza. This manager needs to stop ordering food from other restaurants in front of customers if they’re on the clock and also needs to teach their employees what good customer service looks like because that was NOT it. I totally regret leaving a tip. AND My pizza wasn’t even cut lol

  I don't like writing bad reviews. The pizza was about the same as an oven cooked frozen pizza. When I entered for my pickup order, there were two other customers waiting for their pizzas. One of them was helped while the rest of us were left waiting. Time passed. Finally the next person was helped. Time passed. Every employee was making pizza and not attending to customers. Time passed. I randomly asked the nearest employee if they had an order for me and he checked and confirmed yes. If I had not asked, who knows how long I may have stood there. The young man finally apologized when I explained, "you all are making pizzas and you're neglecting the customers." I explained to my daughter afterwards that the goal of every business is not only to provide a service or a good but to make money and be profitable. I told her that you cannot be successful in businessif you neglect your customers. The priority of this particular location is serving delivery customers. This was not simply an average pizza - it is a poorly run establishment and I do not recommend it.

  Consistent and always good customer service. Best papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. It can be location dependent

  The service and food was terrible. Placed an order, got an estimate for 30 minutes delivery time. Great, went to continue what I was doing and pulled up the tracking. After ten minutes, I saw that it was switched to delivery via DoorDash...the delivery time increased by 10 minutes, several times. Delivery took a total of about 1.5 hours; the pizza was room temp and the wings were cold. Will never order from this location again.
