  I ordered a pizza and did an “ahead of time” order for 8:30. On purpose. It told me the pizza would be here between 8:06-8:-16 so I called immediately and spoke to whoever on the phone and he said he fixed it and they showed up anyway at the beginning of the original time window given. What was the point of any of that? Please don’t tell someone you’ve fixed it when you haven’t. There is a reason why people do things and if you don’t care just say that. I’ve worked in food service my entire life and it’s just not that hard to fix simple issues. Delivery guy driver was nice, I will note that.

  Unfortunately, this location is just not my favorite. Staff is not happy with their job, and it shows. Hopefully it gets better

  Showed up at 10:30, closing time is 11:30. They told me they weren’t taking orders, only delivery. Makes total sense right

  Greeted with the happiest employee. He said it was his first day working and was the most helpful employee.I've ever encountered at this location. The service he provided is paramount to the success of this restaurant. Because of his willingness to be helpful and attentive, I will definitely order again.
