  I ordered a works pizza and added extra sauce cheese and onions. What I got was half pizza with less cheese less onion. Last order I got was same but twice as heavy and correct, no consistency at this location. They think the consumer doesn't know there pizza??? Wrong will not return this is the second time now so disappointed 😤

  Stay FAR AWAY. Whoever answers the phone fails to accept responsibility for screw ups that they have caused. I gave them grace the first order that was covered in ants when I opted to be notified of the delivery. The second time there was an issue with the app causing my order to change from delivery to carry out and I PAID THE delivery fee plus tips and still nothing delivered despite me living five minutes from them and them taking 25 minutes to deliver a pizza that was NOT RECEIVED. Upon a call to them, the person on the other line thought it was a wise idea to tell me she will “call [me] back” with NO TIMEFRAME while I have hungry kids and am disabled (reason for delivery) to TRACK a CAR TOPPER to confirm if I have not received the order… bs.zz Update: I called after 12 minutes with ZERO RETURNED call. I had confirmed the address with her prior to the order being delivered… can you guess what happened… she answered the phone “hello, yeah can you confirm the address” she tried to tell me a whole different address… now mind you my calls are recorded… my kids are in the background screaming and I am telling them to stop and she says “you are screaming stop at me” now mind you this is beyond miscommunication, she is intentionally trying to start stuff over the phone questioning my disabilities and blatantly trying to humiliate me. After I corrected her on what her policies state and how people should be spoken to she then decided to advise me “stop talking to her” and I said “so are you going to give me a refund?” She placed me on hold without telling me for five minutes and then came back on the line told me “3-5 days and $38.05 refunded” and hung up… mind you again I have all of this recorded.

  Ordered here a few times, received a wrong pizza today, called and talked to Johnathan, had the replacement at my house in 10 min, great service. Thank you all!
