Food Quality: The buffalo wings arrived extremely dark and overcooked (see photo), with a burnt taste. You can see some charring in the photo. I have a tomato sensitivity, which is why I specifically avoided marinara. The receipt shows I didn't order it. Additionally, I was charged 75 cents for pepperoncini peppers to meet the delivery minimum—they never arrived. 3. Delivery Route/Location: The app defaulted to this location despite two closer Papa John's being available. The driver got stuck on Potranco and then took an inefficient route to Alamo Ranch, arriving with cold food. I understand traffic happens, but GPS navigation should have helped both with routing and finding the address. Positive note: The pizzas, breadsticks, and garlic knots were well-made and would have been great if they'd arrived warmer. Bottom line: Quality control failed on the wings, order accuracy failed on the sauces, and delivery logistics made everything worse. I'll try the Potranco location outside 1604 next time—it's closer and easier to reach.
