  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Papa John’s. Before placing my order through the app, I specifically called the store to make sure they would accept cash at the time of delivery. I was told yes, so I went ahead and ordered. When the delivery driver arrived, he set my pizza on the ground. I handed him cash, and he told me he couldn’t take it. He was very rude and said he had to call his manager, leaving the pizza sitting on the ground while he went to get his phone. When he came back, the manager told me they don’t allow drivers to take cash and that I needed to pay over the phone. He then transferred me to another manager who basically laughed at me on the phone. I ended up having to pay with my card anyway. I’m extremely irritated because I went out of my way to call ahead and confirm that cash would be accepted, only for the complete opposite to happen at delivery. This was very unprofessional and frustrating, and I expected much better customer service.

  De en verdad me siento muy mal porque tenía un pedido y cuando salgo me doy cuenta que olvidé una salsa me estuve tocando y echando corneta pero la señorita que estaba al frente no me prestó atención mal servicio y atención al cliente

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Papa John’s. I placed an order and the app showed it had been ready for about 15 minutes, but when I got there I ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes with no updates. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, I asked how much longer it would be since it showed “ready,” and the employee told me “10 to 15 minutes.” I waited again, asked a second time, and let him know I had been standing there for half an hour. His response was, “sir everyone has,” which was completely untrue. I was the only one in there waiting that long. When I asked again how long it would actually take, he repeated “10 to 15 minutes” like it was just something to say instead of an actual answer. His tone was rude, dismissive, and showed zero customer service skills. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back.

  Great experience. I had a large take out order of seven large pizzas. The order was ready on time and the store employee even helped me get the pizzas into my car. Wonderful service.

  Staff are always friendly to me. Today I had the best pizza of my life. Garlic stuffed crust pizza, extra sauce, extra cheese, onions, pepperoni, and spinach. Thank you!
