As such no employees are going into the store for the next 3 hours. So I was with no room for discussion. That I could call back in 3 hours to see about getting my money back. Like the other users I would say this location needs a serious management rethink.

Not even a courtesy call to say they can't deliver. Never ordering again if you can't even pick up the phone. I use to love this place.

When I called someone answered with an attitude and told me theres nothing they can do and hung up on me. My bank is telling me it could take up to 10 days for the charge to finally drop and I get my money back, thanks a lot papa johns.
