They said they’d redeliver within 20 min but then an hour goes by, we call back, and they said they told us we asked for a refund…. Which isn’t true…. And wouldn’t have needed a 20 minute window quote…… so when we asked for yet another redeliver, the lady said “we will see what we can do” So I still don’t know if I’m getting food 😭

I looked up the hours of the store ,and they closed at 1am. The employees of the store sat there and looked me dead in my face as if I was not out there for 10 minutes. I proceeded to call the store number and asked why were the doors locked and they put me on hold for TWO different mangers(“Issac & Gabriel”) NOT to have an answer as to why the doors were locked. I can understand if you lock one side of the doors because of the area you are in but to lock BOTH doors and say “they are open now” as if I was not standing out there trying to get their attention is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
