- EEEz markrum (ez)Feb 5, 20261.0The worst pappa John's I have ever been too they ignored me when I came in the door the short short lady was not very nice and very unhelpful I asked her if I could use my digital card in store if I had the number because it was not working online.she told me yes than when I go in there again to do just that she stated that I cannot use it and that she did not tell me I could cool so I go back outside and I was able to get the barcode I go back in and ask if she can scan it like that she tells me I don't have a way to do that and I need to speak with management I asked were they was and she told me I'm sorry he already left how is that when only there is two of you here and everyone else is delivery she had no answers. But I'm also glad I did not order from here because the pizza prepper was not wearing gloves he was making so many different combinations of pizzas never seen him wash his hands after each one and touching toppings now I'm allergic to onion and because of this cross contamination is not safe for any one get it right pappa cause this is not how you just do it better

When I called papa John's they told me I had to call door dash an track down my pizza. When they're the ones who sent it out with dd, without proper due diligence. When I asked them to call the driver, Isiah didnt seem interested in helping and said I had to call door dash. And they only offered a refund only after 2 hrs of calling and waiting. When all these kids at papa jons had to do was call the driver the first-time I called to have them get my address right. A refund dont cut it for all the waiting and bs I just went through. Dont use door dash and dont order from this papa John's. They dont care. But hey atleast my door dash driver got a free pizza
