My order placed was delayed over 40 minutes while others were served promptly. When I politely asked about the delay, two male employees became hostile and rude, using slurs and telling me it was my fault the order didn’t go in yet when I paid already The staff (pictured) were openly rude, dismissive, and used inappropriate language toward a loyal paying customer, then provided the wrong order and forced to be me to be charged twice. This was humiliating, disrespectful, and this kind of behavior should never happen to anyone. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the brand and demands immediate corporate attention.
