  We placed a to go order today for the first time at Panera and I'm really surprised by the quality and service I received. I'm not typically a fan of sandwich shops, but we were gifted a gift card for a few meals by a friend. I ordered the pick two combo and got the half toated Italiano with the half green goddess chicken cobb. My husband ordered the chicken bacon rancher. We also ordered an iced vanilla latte plus a kitchen sink cookie. The portion sizes were perfect. The bread tasted pretty good. Everything was cooked well. The flavor of the italiano was excellent and exactly what I was hoping to get. I was happy with the green goddess dressing and salad as well. The cookie is MASSIVE and delicious. It's so worth the price! We also ran into an issue during our visit which was handled quickly by management. I placed the order on my credit card instead of on the gift card. All I had to do was call the store, told the manager what happened and she canceled my order so that I could re order using my gift card. I'm really impressed and will be back again even after the gift card runs out.

  Ordered a bowl of soup with a baguette as the side in drive thru. The baguette piece was underbaked in the middle. Went into the store and got a new piece, but it was still underbaked on the inside. I went back through the drive thru and asked for a piece of focaccia bread (because it’s their thinnest bread and figured it would be fully baked). NOPE. You can still smell the starter and see/feel the cold wet dough in the middle. Mind you, I gave them back the underdone pieces of baguette while in the drive thru the second time… I didn’t want them to think I was doing all this for extra bread. Perhaps their night baker needs to be re-trained. Sadly, I have a sensitive stomach and won’t risk eating the bread. Great that my $9 soup won’t be accompanied by any bread.

  It was delicious, however, I ordered the food at the kiosk to go and when my number showed on the screen, I went to pick it up. One item I ordered was ready, but they said they were out of the second item. So, I had to order something else and had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes. I'm not sure why they didn't tell me they didn't have what I ordered that was on the menu.

  All of the staff went above and beyond on our visit! I recently had the misfortune of my car breaking down right at the drive through speaker before ordering and shortly before closing. EVERY single staff member made sure we were safe. My teen had never tried Panera and she ordered a Rustic Potato Soup while we waited to figure what we would do. Edith (I believe that may be her name) checked on us and even gave her a cookie and the manager on duty gave her a drink. We were so blessed to have been surrounded by people who genuinely care about others. We are so grateful for the amazing staff at this Panera, may you all have continued success, surpass any goals, and continue to grow in all areas. Thank you all for an amazing customer experience.
