When they messaged me that my food was ready, I went to pick it up before sitting down and noticed the soup wasn't in the bread bowl. The bread was cold. I asked what happened to my bread bowl, and they said they prepared it for takeout. I was left wondering why I even chose dine-in. They offered to heat it up in the microwave, so I warmed my bread, but by then, my soup was already cold. I was very disappointed. My advice: don't order the soup or anything for dining in if you want it hot in a bread bowl. If you prefer hot soup, order it to go and heat it yourself at home. I find this situation ridiculous.
