  Most of the time the food is good, but have multiple times been served the wrong item. I went to the store this time, was not greeted in anyway at the drive thru and had to ask twice foe the worker to speak up.

  Excellent customer service this Sat morning at 9:30. A young man (Dylan) at the drive through really impressed me with his friendly, professional…excellent customer service. I will go back just to start my day with this kind of happy, upbeat attitude. Great avocado egg white sandwhich too!

  I hate to throw anyone under the bus. I had a terrible experience when I was ordering today. While ordering I asked the employee about a promotion I must have heard of or received and it felt like I was getting ignored I asked again and it felt the same way. I believe you should train your employees on costumer service before letting them deal with your cliental since they are your store frontline and reputation. It was really frustrating and I would appreciate getting connected by management.

  11/10!!! I love this place and I go almost every day for a morning coffee! The restaurant is always super clean and the staff members are all so helpful and kind, shoutout to Gio the best worker ever!! It always makes my day when I go in. The atmosphere is so peaceful and perfect for studying. (And they have really good bagels)
