Today’s experience was alarming and unacceptable. My sandwich appeared intentionally altered, and when I requested a remake, staff refused—despite this being standard practice when there is a food-quality issue. Instead, they repeatedly pushed me to accept a refund rather than correcting the order. What made this situation disturbing was that the insistence on a refund felt focused on processing my credit card transaction rather than resolving the food issue. As a customer, I became concerned about why my payment information was being prioritized over food safety and service. Customers should never feel pressured into a refund in a way that raises concerns about access to or use of our personal or financial information. If a business is refusing to remake food while pushing refunds, it raises serious questions about food handling, their intentions, customer rights, and data privacy practices. Mishandling customer payment information or coercing transactions can violate consumer protection and privacy standards. This location needs immediate management oversight. I left without a replacement meal and without confidence that customer safety or privacy is being taken seriously here. Their insistence on refunding and collecting my payment information leads me to believe that since I made this purchase through the app, they purposely wanted to process a refund payment to get access to my personal and financial information for misuse and that is CRIMINAL behavior. They shouldn't be in business committing serious crimes against their customers and personal information.

I was just recently here yesterday 1/20/2026 around 8:30pm. Ordered food and went home and ate at 10:30 and felt nauseous around 11:30. Woke up at 4am throwing up and pretty sure it was food poisoning by throwing up all day until 3pm.
