I ordered something simple bagel and cream cheese and they don’t use real cream cheese anymore instead they gave me so gloopy gross cream cheese spread used to be so much better here don’t think I will come back

The manager was very accommodating to our order changes, provided us with a military discount, and even checked in on our table after the food arrived. Food was ready fast and everything was very fresh and tasted great. We will be coming back again!

We visted bc we were craving the sweet cinnamon crunch begals w/ walnut cream cheese. Cream cheese was off- bitter & pungent. Begals small compared to before & not fluffy & soft inside now. Crunch topping's more a sprinkle now then the crackle brittle candy like topping that used to flake & break off. It's been awhile since we ate at Paneras- so it maybe this location & not at them all. The cream cheese was terrible regardless of who or why. No saving that one. Size & topping - budget cuts?! Location?! Idk
