  Me and my family came in to get our lunch and eat together after a hectic morning, running errands, and such, we walked right in and the server had the attitude like she didn't want to be there and was tired. Well im sorry that you feel that ways but this is your job to wait on customers. Our waitress was super nice about everything brought us what we needed and all but when we got our two baked potato soups they were cold. If you can pick up the bowl its not hot. So we sent that back and got the manager/chef in back he was very nice we explained it to him and we got those replaced came out way better. Then we got three aussie meals, one grilled chicken on the barbie with Mac and cheese, and two of the steaks, fries and mac and cheese, and a baked potato. Now the mac and cheese comes in there own little skillets on plates but they were cold and I could stick my finger all the way in bowl that it was not hot at all, baked potato was same thing barely warm and grilled chicken was so dried up that I know it sat up there waiting for the staeks to get done cause it was already shriveled up at edges. I'm sorry but being a chef myself on my 5 semester in culinary college yeah I would be in trouble for these mistakes. I come out to eat to get a break from my chef work and to be feed this is unacceptable especially if im gonna pay almost 200 for my bill. Now the money is not the issue its the quality of the food that we received and that to me is totally again unacceptable. I paid for drinks and wat I ate as appetizer but some thing needs to be done and addressed to this matter because this location is about to lose a customer for good. I understand oh well they might say but I myself would never want to lose customers but gain as many as you can. So if some one from main office could reach out that would be great. Thanks.

  Came here for a rare lunch out as we don't eat out much at all. Got the onion blossom, tasted great. Then came time for the 2 soups. Those soups were cold, cheese was already melted as if it sat for a while. We called a manager over and had it addressed. The manager took them back, brought out 2 fresh ones, and you could tell immediately that it was better. The cheese wasn't melted yet, and it was steaming. We told the manager when he came over about the soups that we did not want our food to come out cold like the soups did. We got our food, after waiting for more than an hour, and it was cold. It had been sitting without a doubt. I could pick up the baked potato with no problem, and the skillet the Mac and cheese was in was also able to be picked up with bare hands. The skillet should not be able to be picked up bare handed as it should be very hot. Very disappointed in the food quality on everything.

  Was expecting a great meal and a amazing environment. I paid 37$ and for a over seasoned steak that stole the savory juices of a medium rare. And my sweet potato looked as if it was opened by hand and crudly filled in. I almost didn't eat it at all. Only good this was the bracualy and cheese . I will not being going back. Staff made me wait more time than I needed to order my food just cause I needed a little time. Made eye contact with manager and most serving staff. And nothing. So to ease my comfort I resorted to watching a movie. I don't think it's worth it. Scratch this one off your list.

  Seated asked for salad after a very long wait then after being there almost a hour no food. Asked to see a manager no one came. We left. Poor service.
