  This restaurant is my favorite place to eat. Unfortunately there was another patron who was discriminatory towards me today. Luckily the staff and management were amazing at responding and went well above and beyond on making the experience sting a little less. Big shout out for all of the care and compassion in taking care of my wife and I during a difficult moment!

  We decided to have dinner around 7ish. We ordered 1 steak and a burger. It took over 30 minutes. The restaurant was not packed or full. Our baked potatoes were cold. We asked for them to be heated. The waitress said she would bring new ones. After 10 minutes we asked for a manager. He took another 5 minutes then emerges with our potatoes. We explain everything and even that now our steaks were cold. He's smiling and responds with "mhm, well there are 2 big parties here" and "Can I get you anything else?" No apology. So apparently if they have a big party they can't serve any other table a hot steak and side. Too much to ask for. So disappointed.

  Went to go have a date night with my husband. We walked to our booth and it was wet. The seat was wet and full of crumbs. The table was dirty as well. We waited an hour and 45min for our food. When it finally arrived it was cold! Not warm but cold! The service was horrible. They took it back to warm it up and took 37 min to get it back. The restroom was filthy! Kitchen towels were wrapped around the leaking sink. Toilet paper all over the floor and no soap! We previously went to the Outback on Military Dr near City Base and we had a great experience but this location is horrible!

  Went to dinner tonight for my Birthday with my wife, request a table for two, greeter specified there would be a wait but if we wanted a booth they could seat right away, so we waited for a minute and was offered a half table/booth so we sat and waited 10mins before anybody acknowledged us we placed our order. We ordered the 6oz sirloin and shrimp requested steak to be cooked medium, got the steak and was hard cooked to well done and dry, also the shrimp was very small and overcooked, they took it back brought another steak and it was cooked medium rare close to rare. Very disappointed on the service and the Quality of the Food, this used to be a good Restaurant and we have always liked the Food but Today was a wake up why this Company is Struggling. Businesses thrive on customer service and good food. Every customers order contributes to your employees pay and the business, the employee's need to take pride in their work and strive to make sure the customers are satisfied.

  What can I say? The experience here was amazing! Been a long time since I have been to Outback Steakhouse and I had a blast with my family. Our waitress Mia was very attentive. She made sure that we were okay and our drinks are filled. Her personality makes me want to come back again for the summer, since I am stationed in North Carolina. The food was amazing as well and cooked perfectly.
